Thursday 19 February 2026, the ACO have confirmed that United Autosports will enter two Oreca 07 LMP2 cars at the Le Mans 24 Hours 2026 in June at the famous Circuit de la Sarthe, one car in each of the LMP2 and LMP2 Pro/Am categories. 2026 will mark a milestone ten consecutive years contesting the world’s most famous and prestigious race, where the team will be competing for class victory for the third time.
“We’re elated to be returning to the most legendary race in the world of motorsport,” says Richard Dean, United Autosports Team Principal and CEO. “The confirmation today from the ACO is great news, and more poignant than ever. Competing once at Le Mans is an achievement, but this is our tenth – a huge success in its own right for the team at United. But also, it was vital we secured our entries this year in the build-up to 2027 with the McLaren Hypercar. Planning for the 24 Hours is a collective effort from everyone back at base in Yorkshire, preparations are well underway.”
In 2026, United Autosports will field two LMP2 cars. One in the LMP2 class and the other in the LMP2 Pro/Am Class, with 19 LMP2 entries confirmed by governing body, the ACO.
The #21 LMP2 Pro/Am class driver line-up with consist of returning Brazilian driver, Daniel Schneider who is about to commence his fourth consecutive season in the European Le Mans Series with United Autosports and his second time racing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The second is Le Mans veteran, Briton Oliver Jarvis who will compete in the iconic race for a staggering fifteenth time, who has his sights set on a third victory after taking his second 24 Hours Le Mans with United Autosports in 2024. Finally, is United Autosports familiar face and Le Mans winner, Ben Hanley who in 2026 will compete in the European Le Mans Series with the team, and challenged the grid in the Asian Le Mans Series.

The #22 Oreca 07 Pro class car has become a symbol of endurance racing, having achieved United Autosports two previous Le Mans 24 Hour victories (2020, 2024), a FIA World Endurance Championship title (2020), European Le Mans Series (2020) and the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona (2025).
Danish driver, Mikkel Jensen who in January 2026 was announced as the first McLaren WEC Hypercar Programme Driver will join the driver trio for the #22 car. Jensen, who has competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans six times, three of which have been in Hyperclass will see him return for a seventh and first with United Autosports. The 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans will be a first for Swedish driver, Rasmus Lindh, however, he’s no stranger to endurance racing having competed in the IMSA SportsCar Championship for six consecutive seasons in GTD, LMP3 and for two seasons in the LMP2 class, having won the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona in 2025 with United Autosports. Completing the #22 driver line-up is Grégoire Saucy. The driver from Switzerland is a World Endurance Championship LMGT3 podium placer, having secured second place at the opening round in Qatar in 2025 who also competed in the 2025 Le Mans 24 Hour in the McLaren 720S GT3.

The 94th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place between 10 – 14 June 2026 at the iconic 13.6 kilometre, Circuit de la Sarthe with crowds of in excess of 320,000 to be in attendance. Stay up to date with the team on social @unitedautosports.
