Car 22:

Phil Hanson

“Barcelona is a track we’ve never really managed to get a strong result at in the past however I’m still looking forward to go there and change that and make it work for us. With a strong result we can put ourselves back into championship contention. Throughout this season we’ve had positive weekends just without the podiums and wins so now coming into the second half of the season we’ll be chasing hard for those wins and podiums."

Tom Gamble

“I’m really looking forward to Barcelona, it feels like a while since Monza so I’m excited and prepared to get back in the car. I am confident that we will have a good weekend as we finished on the podium last year and we have a strong package this year to do one better and win!”

Duncan Tappy

“After a really enjoyable summer break I can’t wait to get back racing with the #22 crew. We managed to salvage another solid result at Monza but I’m hoping we can have an even stronger second half to the season! Barcelona is notoriously tough on tyres, even more so at this time of the year so we just need to manage that, work as a team as always and stay out of trouble in the race!”

Car 2:

Bailey Voisin

"Really excited to be heading back to Barcelona for the fourth round of the championship. I love the track and it is a place I have very fond memories of. We have a great package so I really hope we can hit the ground running and score some strong points!"

Finn Gehrsitz

“I’m looking forward to heading to Barcelona for the fourth round. I have been using the summer break to work on my physical performance and strengthen that aspect of my racing, as well as doing some good practice in the simulator. Barcelona will definitely be a hot race so the track will prove difficult to drive, however I am feeling super prepared and I hope that the luck will be on our side. I am confident that we have what we need to come away victorious.”

Josh Caygill

“It’s been a good break from racing but myself, Finn and Bailey are fully prepared to start the second half of this season in full attack mode. We have been unlucky in the last few rounds but we have a great car and will be pushing to get on the podium again like we did at the start of the season.”

Car 3:

Jim McGuire

“I really cannot wait to get back in the car. Monza is now in the past and I’m fully focused on this next round at Barcelona and handing the car over to Andrew and Kay to produce a really strong result. I’m excited to be back with the team and enjoy the second half of the season.”

Kay van Berlo

“Super excited to head to Barcelona. It’s been a couple of years since I last raced there, and I’ve never actually raced the Ligier LMP3 there but considering the downforce levels we have it should be a really great track. We showed solid pace in qualifying at Monza so we have a good car with lots of potential. Let’s see if we can get ourselves another podium!”

Andrew Bentley

“Myself, Jim and Kay will be coming Barcelona, looking to continue where we left off from Monza. Our pace was really strong there and being in the fight for the championship will really focus everyone’s efforts. The whole team have done an amazing job in the first half of the year, we will all be looking to keep this up and push even harder!”

Max Gregory, Managing Director:

“The whole team are ready to push hard in the second half of this ELMS season to fight for both championships. We have been working hard in the summer break with some on-track testing and we will continue that directly after the event too.

We’ve shown great pace at Barcelona in the past in both categories, it is a track where we’ve been on the podium and where we have won races, so we are hoping for some strong results.”
